Refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact info@saltco.uk before sending anything back. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. For food products this applies only to unopened, sealed items. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card issuer may take some extra time to post the refund.
