• Account: if you create an account, your login details and order history (contract).
• Newsletter: your email address, only if you subscribe; you can unsubscribe at any time (consent).
• Enquiries: what you send us through our contact, wholesale and bulk forms, to reply to you (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

Our payment provider (to take payment — we never see or store full card details), Royal Mail (to deliver your parcel), and the providers that host our website and email. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years for tax and accounting purposes. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiries are kept for up to two years.
